The primary elements that are used in music therapy include melody, pitch, and rhythm. Cathleen offers basic DBT skills (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) combined with music therapy to address: Core Mindfulness Skills, Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills, Emotion Regulation Skills, and Distress Tolerance Skills.
